Perkins Construction & Timber Company specializes in the sale of timber and the supervision of all aspects of logging.

We are based in Pittsburgh and serve the entire Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio areas including Erie, Crawford, Mercer, Venango, Lawernce, Clarion, Butler, Beaver, Allegheny, Washington and Greene counties in western Pennsylvania and Ashtabula, Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana and Jefferson counties in eastern Ohio.

If your land contains standing timber, it may be worth a substantial amount of money. We pay 100% cash up front before removing a single tree from your land.

Our loggers are very experienced, and use selective cutting to remove only the individual trees that meet our criteria. This allows the younger trees to continue to grow so that the forestation process can continue to thrive on your land.
